Radio Camp Facilitator Guide

In this week long camp, learners will explore how radios send and receive signals over long distances and use micro:bits to simulate a real-world radio communication scenario. Through hands-on experimentation, crafting, coding, and guided discussions, learners investigate how factors like signal strength and interference affect radio transmission. The activity culminates in a team challenge where participants use what they learned during the camp to design a communication solution for a fictional emergency scenario, emphasizing problem-solving and collaboration.
